Description

The cast aluminum base is rugged, yet lightweight and portable. Base is reinforced for added rigidity. Four base leveling screws for precise drill alignment, even on rough surfaces. Two durable 5in diameter wheels mounted on the back of the base for easy mobility. Center mounting slot accommodates anchor bolts, or an optional vacuum assembly holds the machine securely on the work surface. Minimum distance to centerline of hole from wall is 2in. Rigid steel column, bolts securely into the base. Gear rack is welded solidly to the back of the column. Precision rack and pinion gear system. Single-lever slip-through feed handle. Locking bolt on the carriage locks the head assembly in any position. Sealed motor switch.
