On concrete, steel and other floor surfaces, the BC-0905-M’s high performance blast wheel and adjustable shot valve give you a consistent and even profile making surface preparation easier, faster and more efficient. This self-propelled blast machine makes it simple to create a consistent profile from start to finish (flexible forward and reverse blasting capability) and the variable speed control lets you determine how aggressively you want to blast. Loading and unloading this low profile blaster is a snap, and with its transport wheel, one operator is all you need at the job. Practical uses for this machine include edging (blasts within 3/4 inch from the wall), stripe removal, garage floors and small industrial jobs.

• Wheel - The 6 1/2" wheel has four fixed blades and is belt driven at 6000 rpm. This provides a smooth,
  consistent 9" profile. The wheel is a cast abrasive resistant alloy which is easily replaceable.
• Control Cage - The dial type cage is easily adjusted for blast pattern control and is also cast from abrasive
  resistant alloy.
• The blast wheel housing and recovery chamber are both constructed of 3/16” abbrasive resistant steel. The blast chamber is lined with replaceable,wear resistant side liners.
• Reclaim is achieved by the rebound of steel shot off substrate up the
  recovery chamber to the shot hopper. The shot hopper has a capacity for 50
  lbs. of steel shot, sizes ranging from #170 - #330.
• Blast Wheel Motor - 5 HP 3450 rpm; Drive system- ¼ HP Variable Speed, 112 ft/lbs torque; forward and reverse.
• Operating Voltage - 208-240V @8.5A, 1o
• On/Off switch, blast amp meter, hour meter, manual shot valve control, speed control, and forward/neutral/reverse switch
