Line Trimmers / Weed Wackers

A line trimmer, also known as a string trimmer or weedwhacker is a power landscaping tool for trimming or cutting weeds and grass where a lawn mower can't reach. Most models come with a spool of monofilament line or a steel blade on the cutter end of the tool that spins at a high rate of speed to cut the weeds. The overall make up of the tools is a cutting head at the end of a shaft with a handle to control the side to side moving action of the line trimmer. A shoulder strap comes in real handy to support the motor end of the tool. Weed wackers can be powered by either a gas, electric or battery motor with all kinds of blade diameters.
