Description

The Descobrader offers the same applications as the Mini-flushplate and the FX Tool in a convenient walk behind model. The multiple abrasive heads allow for a variety of applications, including SSPC SPEC-11. The optional dust shrouds make it possible to be productive and work in a clean environment. The Descobrader is offered in four different models to meet any power preference. Quick head change outs, ease of operation, versatility, and low maintenance makes this a machine that should be in every tool inventory! Dust free capabilities comply with OSHA regulations for hazardous coating removal. One man operation, easily maneuvered, high production. Multiple abrasive heads. 30 second head change out.

The BPH hub is a specially designed wheel of pliant surface conditioning products that enable the Descobrader to deep clean pitted steel due to corrosive effects. It's characteristics allow it to deep clean without removal metal and meets the requirements of SSPC SPEC.11. The BPH hub can be substituted for any applications where a wire brush would be used.		 $798.97

DSC0011 Desco Manufacturing 120.024 Heavy Duty
The C58 cutter hub is a heavy-duty general hub, and is used for non- skid removal. The blunt nature of this cutter allows for heavy coating removal with minimal damage to the substraight. The hub is made up of 24 cutters (800.058) and 4 pins (120.055). The pins should be replaced every three to four times the cutters are replaced. Life of a the cutter is 6 to 8 hours removing non-skid.		 $784.00

This cutter hub is by far the most aggressive of the hubs. The Kung-Foo cutter hub with it's 144 sharp cutters is very effective on elastomeric coatings, mastic, carpet glue, scarigying concrete, Non-Skid removal, PRC coatings, epoxiex, and high solid coatings. The Kung-Foo cutter hub works as well on concrete as it does on metal surfaces. Life expectancy: 4 to 6 hours on metal surfaces and 1 1/2 to 2 hours of use on concrete. A reload is made up of 144 cutters.		 $784.00
