The new Karl Dahm 40910 Diamond Band Saw cuts almost any material – for example glass mosaics, glass, marble, natural stone, ceramics, porcelain up to a material width of 24“ (60cm) and a cutting depth of 1-3/16“(30 mm). By using thin blades the cutting of narrow and complicated curves goes excellent. The precise adjustment of the saw blade and the maintenance-free ball bearings guarantee a silent running of the machine as well as a good durability of the blade. Adjustable guide elements keep the saw blade in its working position and allow very precise cuts. The Karl Dahm 40910 Diamond Band Saw can only be used for wet cuts. The water tub has to be filled with enough water so that the water pump is completely covered with water. Switching on the band saw the water pump starts to work automatically.
