The Max RB518 cordless rebar tier ties rebar from #5 x #5 up to #8 x #7. Includes one-year manufacturer's warranty. Comes complete with lithium ion battery, charger, carrying case and belt hook. This Max rebar tier is 5X faster than manual tying. The RB518 is powered by a brushless twisting motor that offers greater efficiency and longer operating life over older models. Features include a lightweight body that helps prevent wrist injury, selective wrapping times per tie (choose between 3x and 4x wraps), and simple one-handed operation. The Max RB518 rebar tier is excellent for commercial buildings, road and bridge construction, foundations, precast plants, radiant heating tubes and electrical conduits. Please note that the RB518 is a direct replacement for the RB517.
