The PowerCurbers 150 Industrial Concrete Curbing Machine is great for job sites that require less expensive scab-on concrete or asphalt curb a 150 extruder is ideal. Power Curbers pioneered the extruded curb concept in the early 50s and have been building extruders for 60 years. The mix is fed into the hopper by either the truck or a wheelbarrow and forced under pressure through a specially designed mold. The result is a pre-shaped freestanding and structurally sound curb with a smooth finish. Curbing is placed on the existing pavement or a smooth flat 95% compacted sub-grade. PowerCurbers concrete curbing machines excel in job sites that require a less expensive glued on concrete or asphalt curb. Sixty years ago Power Curbers Inc. invented the first extruded curb machines in the world.

  • This asphalt curb machine features a Honda GX630R 4 cycle air-cooled engine with 21 HP Electric start with heavy duty battery, and engine guard.
  • Single auger drive with steel auger and compaction chamber.
  • 6” hollow shaft auger to allow rebar to be fed into the curb. Shaft has 5/8” ID
  • One curb mold up to 12" (30cm) wide & tall
  • Throttle control mounted on the steering handle
  • High flotation design utilizing nine pneumatic tires and three lifting jacks
  • Front wheels shift sideways for pouring over an adhesive or for inserting longitudinal rebar
  • Spare replacement auger
  • Drive Train: Centrifugal clutch with V-belt drive and chain driven auger
  • Auger Diameter: 6” for most molds; 5” for small profile molds
  • Paving Width (Maximum): 12”
  • Paving Height (Maximum): 12”
  • Paving Speed (Maximum): 25ft/min
